On Time, Every Time

BTS understands the importance of being on time.  Being late can cost customers thousands of dollars.  Our On-Time Performance Index (OTPI) averages to 99.9% for all our divisions combined; this accounts for over 2,000,000 rides per year. Our OTPI is discussed and filtered throughout our organization to ensure our drivers, dispatch, staff and management all understand the importance of being on-time. Our team approach ensures everyone has the tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively, ensuring our OTPI is the highest in the industry. Additionally, our OTPI is one of the factors we look to when rating our drivers. Our motto is ‘On Time, Every Time”.

At BTS, we always endeavor to continuously improve and enhance the experience for our customers and clients alike. Quarterly customer meetings are encouraged to discuss customer service, safety improvements, joint cost saving measures, and new innovative technologies. This approach allows us to promptly react to future market demand, and maintain our OTPI levels.
